1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 large egg

5. Spoon the batter into a greased donut mold, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
6. Spray the tops of the donuts lightly with cooking spray.
7. Air fry the donuts for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Remove the donuts from the mold and let them cool slightly.
9. Dust with powdered sugar or dip in your favorite glaze if desired.
Notes
For a chocolate glaze, melt some chocolate chips with a little butter and dip the cooled donuts.
Ensure the air fryer is preheated for the best texture.
These donuts are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for a couple of days.
