Description

This creamy and flavorful Deviled Egg Dip brings all the classic flavors of deviled eggs into a delicious dip. Perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings!


Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped chives for garnish

Tortilla chips or veggie sticks for serving


Instructions

1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.

3. Mix until well combined and creamy.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped chives.

6. Serve with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.


Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.

This dip can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
