Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup red velvet cake crumbs (or crumbled red velvet cake)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Fresh strawberries or graham crackers for dipping
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
3. Add in the sour cream, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
4. Fold in the red velvet cake crumbs and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
