Description

This Salsa Omelet Pie is a delightful twist on a classic omelet, baked in a pie crust and loaded with flavorful ingredients. Perfect for brunch or a quick dinner!


Ingredients

1 pre-made pie crust

2 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup salsa

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

1/2 cup diced bell peppers

1/2 cup diced onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.

3. Stir in the salsa, bell peppers, onions, and half of the cheese.

4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
